My name is Adham Ashraf, 28, from Al-Muqattam, Cairo. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce from Ain-Shams University and an MBA specializing in Human Resources — also from Ain-Shams. I'm currently pursuing a DBA.

I joined Aman Company — a nationally sensitive institution under Egypt's Ministry of Interior — in early 2021 as an Application Support Team Member. By mid-2022 I was promoted to Team Leader. Through deliberate self-investment, I pivoted into HR in late 2024: starting as HR Coordinator for 6 months, then growing into my current role as HR Personnel Specialist.

What defines me isn't a title, but a relentless commitment to growth: a diploma, a master's, a PMP, and a doctorate underway — all while working full-time.

اسمي أدهم أشرف، ٢٨ عامًا، من المقطم بالقاهرة. أحمل بكالوريوس تجارة من جامعة عين شمس وماجستير إدارة أعمال تخصص الموارد البشرية — أيضًا من جامعة عين شمس. وأنا حاليًا في طريقي نحو الدكتوراه.

التحقت بشركة أمان في قسم دعم التطبيقات، وفي أقل من عام ترقيت إلى قائد فريق. ومن خلال تطوير ذاتي مدروس، انتقلت إلى HR: بدأت منسقًا وأصبحت حاليًا متخصصًا.

ما يُعرّفني ليس المسمى الوظيفي، بل التزامي الدائم بالنمو: دبلومة، ماجستير، PMP، ودكتوراه في الطريق — كل ذلك مع العمل بدوام كامل.
